    The flesh colored growth hanging from the skin are collagen fibers and blood vessels covered in skin. Skin tags are common and completely harmless, but depending on the area where the growth is, they might get snagged on jewellery and bleed.

    Moles can be flat or raised, and they are small, dark colored patches on the skin that usually appear before the age  of 25. Moles are a result of cells called  melanocytes growing in clusters instead of spreading out throughout the skin.

    What is a skin tag?

    • Painless, soft, flesh-colored, non-cancerous skin growth often on a stalk.
    • Also referred to as Skin Tabs and/or Warts

    • Medically known as fibroepithelial polyp, acrochordon, cutaneous papilloma, and soft fibroma.
