    Dermaplaning facial is a skin resurfacing and exfoliating process that is used to remove the skin’s thin, top, outer layer, which is essentially just dead epidermal cells. It is done by gently scraping away the top layer of damaged skin using a special surgical blade. Derma plane facial is excellent for exfoliating the skin and removing peach fuzz from the face. This, along with dead skin cells, is removed, resulting in healthier-looking skin.

    Before the dermaplaning facial treatment, our aesthetician will remove all makeup and double cleanse the skin. A circular massage with the cleanser will remove any lingering makeup and debris. This is repeated twice to ensure the skin is clean and free of oil and dirt before the Dermaplaning exfoliation treatment.

    In order to deeply exfoliate your skin, our aesthetician will use a surgical blade at a 45-degree angle. You will feel a light scrape on your skin as the peach fuzz, dead skin cells, and debris are shaved off. Dermaplaning facial is a painless and relaxing process that covers the entire face, just below the jawline, where you have the most peach fuzz.

    After the removal of dead skin, grime, makeup, and peach fuzz, they will massage a toner into all areas of the face. This step removes any excess skin cells and hair left over after the dermaplaning procedure which makes your makeup application smooth and your skin will be healthier.

    The benefits of dermaplaning are plenty, it can remove rough, dead skin and buildup that has accumulated for up to 2-3 weeks.
